Very impressed with the hotel and room. Very clean and one of the most comfortable night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a while. Staff very friendly.The breakfast was very good so much choices and super tasty. The only thing I guess is the parking fee a bit on the higher side. Would definitely recommend if you have the money to spend. Overall 5/5.

Cannot fault this lovely hotel. The staff were really friendly, the room was super clean ( with windows you can open! I hate air conditioned bedrooms). Stunning decorations and such a great vibe. Will visit you again. Have a lovely Christmas to all….

本次旅行的最后一站，超預期。酒店位置很好，可步行到達商業街，出行，吃飯都很方便。離牛津大學商學院也不遠，安靜舒適，早餐很豐盛。服務很到位，一進門看到電視大屏上的歡迎詞，很溫馨。性價比很高的酒店。

The room I stayed in was located in one of the annex buildings and was very spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and a generous breakfast included. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, especially during breakfast service, which made the stay feel very personal.
There is also a well-chosen selection of wines available, which was a lovely extra touch.

酒店位於牛津稍微偏一點的地方，不能步行到市中心溜達，但是開車也就二十分鐘。酒店有很大停車場，在辦入住時跟前臺登記車牌號，可以免費停車，這點非常重要，英國的停車費實在太貴了。
酒店室內就是普通商務酒店標準，無功無過。熱水不穩定，非常燙，空調有的房間暖和有的不太暖和。
最大的問題是，感覺酒店欺負中國人，這個酒店非常大，有好幾百間房，但是我到酒店辦入住時卻給我説分配的一棟單獨的木質老樓房里去住，説主樓都住滿了，他們是先根據訂單分好的房間，和辦入住的時間沒關系。我是提前幾個月訂的房。而那個老樓房一共只有幾間房，和主樓的幾百間比，分到那的概率有多低大家都會算，怎麼就給我分到那了，怎麼沒分外國人去？那個房子房間挺大，但是一股老木頭腐朽的味道，并且沒有空調。床單是臟的，電話也壞了。生氣到前臺去反饋，最後答應第二天給換到主樓還送了兩份飲料薯片算道歉了。
總體來説，對牛津之行整個都感官不好。
總結來説，如果自駕游，這個酒店還是可以住，畢竟有免費停車。像我住了兩晚，換算成人民幣相當於省了大概五百停車費吧。如果沒有車的，則不推薦這里。
